Normcore Hand Grinder V3 – 38 mm stainless steel conical burrs
Heavy and steady in your hand, the adjustment dial clicks in cleanly, and the 38 mm stainless steel burrs pull the beans through evenly – from espresso to French Press.
The Normcore Hand Grinder V3 with a 38 mm conical burr set made of hardened stainless steel. We import Normcore directly.
38 mm stainless steel burrs
The 38 mm conical burr set is made of hardened stainless steel (SS420, around 58 HRC) and CNC-machined – it cuts the beans into even particles. A centred steel axle with double ball bearings keeps the burrs steady and stable, adding further consistency.
Adjustment and everyday use
Grind size is set via an adjustment dial with 24 clicks per revolution and a fine 0.5 mm thread – from fine for espresso to coarse for French Press. At around 423 grams, the V3 is compact and travel-friendly, and the hopper holds up to 25 grams. Grinding is done by hand, with no electricity needed.
We import Normcore directly. Our opinion is one of many.

Roastery tip
Ground by hand, fresh into the cup: for a rounded, chocolatey-nutty espresso, reach for Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight, for maximum body without acidity Very Nutty. If you're looking for a lighter, fruitier profile in filter, try Wild Peach – work your way in with small steps. That's our recommendation, one of many.
